Rename it with your name+first name to avoid confusion between the filled file and the empty one. Click on Save and save it on your desktop.
Open this file and check that it is dully filled.
send it attached by mail to info@biennaledakar.org.
Print 2 copies of this form and sign the autorization.
Then, at your arrival in Dakar, come to the Secretariat of the Biennale with the 2 copies and 2 passport photos for it to be validated (Secrétariat : 19 av. Hassan II, quartier Plateau)..
