Born in 1966 ; she lives and works in Casablanca.
She is graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Casablanca in 1987, she attended training courses in primitive pottery. She organized various individual exhibitions in Morocco and France.
Her creations between painting, ceramics and sculpture explore the materials to extract forms that question plural memory and the consciousness of the gesture. Her work presents stratum, fragments to pinpoint the timeless marks and prints of a lifetime. Let it be through her sculptures in smoked ceramic or in her charcoal compositions , Fatiha Alzemmouri questions the raw material through its texture and colour range to rebuild an identity between modernity and tradition.
